Fraud Alert & Customer Awareness

Last updated: 1 September 2026

Fraudsters sometimes misuse well-known brand names, including ours, to trick shoppers. This page explains common scam patterns and how to shop safely with us.

Common Scams to Watch For

  • Fake COD parcels — unsolicited Cash on Delivery packages you never ordered, sent to collect payment on delivery
  • Fake customer support — calls, texts or DMs impersonating our team, asking for personal or banking details
  • Refund or reward scams — messages offering a refund, cashback or gift in exchange for OTPs or card details
  • Lookalike websites — fraudulent sites copying our branding to collect payments or data

What We Will Never Ask For

Kanha Collection will never call, message or email you asking for your OTP, debit or credit card PIN, CVV, UPI PIN, net banking password, banking login credentials, or Aadhaar verification codes. If anyone asks you for these while claiming to represent us, do not share them — it is not us.

How to Shop Safely

  • Shop only through our official website
  • Check your account under Orders before accepting any parcel
  • Refuse Cash on Delivery parcels you don't recognise placing
  • Avoid clicking links from unsolicited messages or social media DMs claiming to be from us
  • When in doubt, verify directly through our official contact details rather than replying to the message itself

Report Something Suspicious

If you receive a suspicious call, message or parcel claiming to be from Kanha Collection, please reach us directly at hello@kanhacollection.com or +91 12345 67890 so we can look into it — rather than responding to the suspicious contact itself.

We work in good faith to protect our customers, but we can't always prevent third parties from misusing our brand name without our knowledge. Staying alert is the best protection.
