Shipping Policy

We currently ship across India. Orders above ₹1,999 qualify for free shipping, on both prepaid and Cash on Delivery (COD) orders. Orders below ₹1,999 are charged a flat shipping fee of ₹99, shown at checkout before you pay.

Most orders are quality-checked, packed and dispatched within 2-3 business days of being placed. Made-to-order or heavily customised pieces may take a little longer — if that's the case for your order, we'll let you know by email.

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking details by email and SMS. Estimated delivery windows are also shown on your order confirmation and in your account.

Delivery typically takes 4-7 business days depending on your location, with metro cities generally on the faster end. During festive or sale periods, timelines may extend slightly due to courier volumes — we'll always keep you updated if this affects your order.

COD is available on most pin codes for orders up to ₹15,000. A valid, reachable phone number is required at checkout so our courier partner can coordinate delivery.

You can cancel an order free of charge within 24 hours of placing it, as long as it hasn't already been packed or dispatched. Write to us at hello@kanhacollection.com or use the cancel option in your account under Orders.

Please inspect your package on delivery. If the outer packaging looks tampered with or damaged, we recommend recording an unboxing video and refusing the parcel, or contacting us within 48 hours of delivery so we can help resolve it quickly.
